How to request deletion
- Send an email to apponthecouch@gmail.com from the address linked to your WoofCam account, with the subject "Delete my data".
- We'll verify your request and confirm receipt within a few days.
- Your account and associated personal data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email address and encrypted password)
- Any device pairing information linking your camera and viewing devices
- Your Premium subscription status and preferences
What is not affected
WoofCam does not store your video streams on our servers, so there is no video content to delete on our end. If you used the Premium local recording feature, those recordings live only on your own device's storage and can be deleted directly from your phone at any time.
